Mark Foehringer's Nutcracker Sweets

Mark Foehringer Dance Project|SF presents its fifth annual holiday production of Mark Foehringer’s Nutcracker Sweets, a unique 50-minute version of the classic ballet Nutcracker specifically designed for families with young children. Featuring live music -- a chamber orchestra with nine musicians -- and the return of former ODC dancer Brian Fisher as Drosselmeyer. Nutcracker Sweets is an affordable, fun, and zany rendition of this popular holiday tradition.

Grandparents & Special Photo Day, Saturday, December 7, 2:00 p.m. -- Take your holiday photograph with your grandchildren and cast members from Nutcracker Sweets after the show. Please bring your own camera.

Veterans & Special Photo Day, Sunday, December 8, 2:00 p.m. -- Attend a special performance honoring veterans. Bring your own camera and pose with cast members after the show.

Dress Up Day, Sunday, December 15, 4:00 p.m. -- Children dress up in their favorite costumes, pose for a photograph with cast members after the show, and receive a special treat. Please bring your own camera.
