In the market for a fine piece of pottery for your living
room or garden? Do you collect glass sculpture? Looking for
an incredible, original gift for friends or family? This November
brings more than 100 master artists to the San Francisco Clay
and Glass Festival at the Herbst Pavilion for two days beginning
November 5.
Created
in 1945, the Association of Clay and Glass Artists of California
(ACGA) is a group of 350 members who promote high standards
of craftsmanship and design in clay and glass. They hold two
annual exhibitions and sponsor several workshops in Bay Area
community colleges and art centers.
This years annual sale and exhibit also features demonstrations
and a special program, "Clay for Kids." For more
