Herbst Pavilion
Dinner, dance, dessert, and design – the producers call
the event "an outrageously creative fund-raising feast
featuring the talents of designers from every field."
Those fields include architecture, interior design, furniture,
fashion, food, floral, graphic, landscape, and retail. And
who better to offer the best of design? Elle Decor.
Elle Decor’s Dining By Design offers each designer
an 11-foot by 11-foot space, a round table, and 10 chairs.
From there, producers say, each designer is on his or her
own. The challenge is to create an extraordinary and quite
original dining environment. When completed, the pavilion
becomes a gallery of temporary art installations.
 The
evening also includes a reception and silent auction followed
by a "spectacular Brizo Bubble Blast Dessert and Dance
Party."
On
November 17 – from 6:30 pm to midnight – prepare
for a lavish, whimsical, and romantic evening in the Herbst
Pavilion. Proceeds go to the Positive Health Program at San
Francisco General Hospital, an affiliate of the AIDS Research
Institute at the University of California, San Francisco.
