Conference Center, Building A
There’s been no shortage of food and wine events in San Francisco. And Fort Mason is often the heart of it all. So, how about chocolate? Would you like to visit Fort Mason Center for the first major chocolate show on the West Coast in 20 years? You can. On Bastille Day, Saturday, July 14 and again on Sunday, July 15, you have the opportunity to surround yourself with chocolat.
Aficionados, fanatics, buyers, and journalists can discover the best in artisan, gourmet, and premium chocolates. Visitors can engage in tastings, witness demonstrations, listen to chefs and authors, learn about wine pairings, and much more on Bastille Day weekend.
Participants include Cosmic Chocolate, Lillie Belle Farms Artisan Chocolates, Cocoa Vino, Theo Chocolate, San Francisco Chocolate Factory, XOX Truffles, Grand Avenue Chocolates, MarieBelle Fine Treats and Chocolates, DeBrito Chocolate Factory, Terra Nostra Organic Chocolate, and The TeaRoom Chocolate Truffles. Gelato Classico, Quady Winery, Le Creuset, Swissmark, Putumayo World Music, and Chocolate Television will be there too. A charity fundraiser is planned, featuring a chocolate fashion show.
For more information about the event and Fundraiser, see the July 14 calendar listing or visit www.SFChocolateSalon.com.
