Among the chocolates represented at the salon are Ghirardelli, The Xocolate Bar, Chocoholics Divine Desserts, Marti Chocolatt, Scharffenberger, and Guittard. Participating vintners include Silverstone Wines and Sol Rouge Winery. Gourmet cookware and appliances companies such as Nespresso and Le Creuset exhibit at the salon. Salon speakers include conceptual artist April Banks who uses chocolate in her work and Reverend R. M. Peluso, who speaks about chocolate’s role in spirituality and meditation. Documentary filmmaker Sarah Feinbloom talks about her latest production, In Search of the Heart of Chocolate, which screens at the salon.
