The only poster show in the world devoted exclusively to original vintage posters returns to Fort Mason Center this month. The International Vintage Poster Fair (IVPF) features thousands of posters from leading dealers and galleries in a profusion of genres, including advertising, wine and beverages, food, travel, propaganda, and more. Prices range from $200 to $50,000.
This year, in addition to the thousands of original, vintage posters, the show features a timely exhibit entitled “Politically Correct/Politically Incorrect.” The exhibit traces the evolution of politics through 100 years of vintage posters.
