Now that you have booked a venue, take advantage of Fort Mason Center’s marketing capabilities. We have over 25,000 distinct visitors per week to our web site. Our newsletter is distributed throughout the Bay Area, as well as through the San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The information you provide will be used to:

  • provide a listing for your event in the Fort Mason Center Newsletter, and the website www.fortmason.org
    It may also be included in other media materials
  • ensure that your event is listed properly on schedules posted around Fort Mason Center
  • provide enough information for the receptionist to answer questions or refer inquiries from the public

* Provide a short, one sentence description (approximately 25 words) that will help the public quickly understand the nature of this event. This will appear on Fort Mason Center’s short description event listing on the website and print publication.


* Provide a long description that will offer the public further details of this event. This will appear on the landing page of this event on the Fort Mason Center website. Focus on what is occurring and who is doing it, including any important details.


* Provide images for web and print by forwarding or attaching any images and logos related to this event. Image sizes should be large enough to be printed clearly, but small enough to be emailed. Links for image and logo download are welcome. event-info@fortmason.org
